Color Pencil Drawing Introduction


In this class, students will gain a basic understanding of best practices and beginner techniques for colored pencil drawing. I will begin by setting up a still-life scene that the students will draw from life. As the drawings progresses, I will share colored pencil tricks and techniques for correcting mistakes. We will cover different pencil strokes, as well as methods for sharpening and blending. You will need the following supplies: Color Pencils PRISMA, drawing pad, hand held pencil sharpener, sticky tack, Q-Tips or blender brush, soft brushes and scotch tape.
